The Waves ecosystem is currently preparing for the launch of the Units sidechain network. To ensure the long-term sustainability of Waves DAO, I propose allocating 5% of the UNIT0 tokens (the native token of the Units network) to Waves DAO. This allocation would provide substantial support for the DAO treasury over the long term.
I suggest transferring 20 million L2MP tokens to the DAO treasury at this time, with the remainder to be transferred during the next Key Performance Indicator (KPI) settlement. This approach ensures that the total supply of UNIT0 tokens mined during the first year of operation amounts to 5% of the total supply, as intended.
