Different inputs, timing, or context can change the result, even for similar tasks. 4. “Why can’t we use one AI tool for everything?” Because most tools work well for specific tasks. Once they touch real workflows, handovers, or internal data, the gaps show up. 5. “So what is the team actually doing now?” Handling decisions, exceptions, and follow-ups. The parts of the work that don’t fit neatly into a prompt. AI takes care of a lot of the routine. The rest still needs people.
